Scope

The business relationship between the customer and KLATT Bierhefe is governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. This version is sent to the customer together with the goods.

Offers

The offers in the KLATT Bierhefe online shop are non-binding. When the online product range is updated, all previous offers lose their validity.

Conclusion of contract

(1) The contract between the customer and KLATT Bierhefe is concluded only when the customer places an order and KLATT Bierhefe accepts that order. The customer places the order online by completing and submitting the order form provided by KLATT Bierhefe on the internet. KLATT Bierhefe accepts the order by delivering the ordered goods.

(2) KLATT Bierhefe reserves the right not to provide the promised service if it is unavailable. In this case, KLATT Bierhefe will inform the customer immediately about the unavailability and refund any payments already made without delay.

Prices

The prices valid at the time the order is placed apply. All stated prices include statutory value added tax.

Delivery

(1) Delivery is made by post in neutral packaging. The sender is KLATT Bierhefe. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If delivery is not possible, KLATT Bierhefe reserves the right to claim any resulting damage.

(2) Risk passes to the customer when the goods are properly handed over to the postal service.

(3) If the appearance or condition of an ordered item changes slightly, KLATT Bierhefe is nevertheless entitled to deliver it, provided it is equivalent.

(4) Partial deliveries are permitted. KLATT Bierhefe reserves the right to deliver larger quantities in smaller packaging units. The flat shipping fee is charged only once in every case.

Retention of title

(1) The delivered goods remain the property of KLATT Bierhefe until full payment has been made for the delivered goods and all other goods in the same order.

(2) The assertion of retention of title and the seizure of delivered items do not constitute withdrawal from the contract unless the provisions of the German Consumer Credit Act apply or KLATT Bierhefe expressly declares withdrawal.

Data protection

The personal data required to process the contract is provided by the customer. The data necessary for the business relationship is stored and, where necessary for proper order processing, may be passed on to affiliated companies. All personal data is treated confidentially. Data is passed on to third parties only with the customer's prior written consent.

Miscellaneous

(1) The legal relationship between the contracting parties is governed by German law.

(2) The place of jurisdiction and performance is Pretzien, provided the customer is a merchant. For all other customers, the place of jurisdiction is determined by the statutory provisions.
